Wolftrack Brewing Tasting Den

Wolftrack Brewing Company

Cottonwood, ID - Looking for a great micro-brew?  Check out Wolftrack Brewing's Tasting Den!  John and Pollyanna Candalot have opened Wolftrack Brewing in the former Archie's Cleaners location.

In an area famous for big weddings where beer is consumed by the keg, John and Pollyanna are dipping their paws into the brew business.  Their Tasting Den is open Wednesday through Friday from 4:00 pm to closing and Saturday from 1:00 pm to closing.  You can contact John and Polly by stopping by 505 King Street or calling (208) 507-1187.

Beer Menu at Wolftrack BrewingWolftrack Brewing offers 7 varieties of beer including Wild Mild, Bushy Tail Ale, Kilted Kraut, Hunter's Moon Brown, Pirate X-Pale Ale, African Red and Polly's Porter.  You can try a sampler tray of the brews in 4 oz glasses for only $8.  Once you decide what you like you can purchase the beer by the $4 pint, $3 - 10oz glass, or take it home in a half-gallon $25 "Growler" jug.  Bring back your "Growler" jug and get it refilled for only $12!!

John and Polly have been brewing beer at their home for about 7 years and have been selling four of the varieties through Keuterville Pub & Grub for some time.  John brews the beer in single barrel batches, just over 30 gallons a brew.  The Wild Mild and the ales are all light colored beers while the others are dark with Polly's Porter being a very dark brew.

The Tasting Den is currently cash only.  You can bring your own food or order out pizza from The Hangout.  They have a draft box for private parties or you can arrange to hold your party at the Tasting Den.

On Veterans day they will be giving a free pint to all veterans who stop in! You can reach Wolftrack Brewing by calling (208) 507-1187.
